Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 2026

Our Commitment

E+ROSE Wellness Company is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website, mobile application, and cafe experiences usable by people of all abilities.

We believe that everyone deserves equal access to clean, nourishing food and the information they need to make choices about what they eat. Accessibility is part of how we deliver on that belief.

Conformance Approach

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The guidelines define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The eandrosewellness.com website is designed and maintained with the goal of aligning with WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We build and review our site against these standards, but we have not commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit, and we do not claim full certified conformance. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a fixed certification, and we actively welcome feedback from users who encounter barriers.

Accessibility Features

Our website includes the following accessibility features:

  • Semantic HTML: We use semantic HTML5 elements (nav, main, section, article, header, footer) to provide meaningful structure to assistive technologies.
  • Skip navigation: A "Skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on every page, allowing keyboard and screen reader users to bypass repetitive navigation.
  • Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are reachable and operable using only a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast: Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • Descriptive alt text: All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text for users who rely on screen readers.
  • ARIA landmarks and labels: Interactive components use appropriate ARIA roles, states, and properties where semantic HTML alone is insufficient.
  • Respect for reduced motion: Animations and transitions respect the user's prefers-reduced-motion operating system setting.
  • Minimum touch targets: Interactive elements meet the recommended minimum touch target size of 44x44 pixels on mobile devices.
  • Responsive design: Our website is designed to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with text that can be resized without loss of functionality.
  • Logical heading structure: Each page has a single H1 followed by a logical hierarchy of subheadings.

Compatibility with Assistive Technologies

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack (Android)
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech recognition software
  • Operating system accessibility features including reduced motion, high contrast, and text sizing

Our website is designed to work with the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both desktop and mobile operating systems.

Known Limitations

Despite our ongoing efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to address the following known limitations:

  • Third-party content, including embedded ordering platforms (Toast), social media widgets, and payment processors, may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We work with our vendors to advocate for continued improvement in these tools.
  • Some older content, such as legacy images or PDFs, may not have the same level of alternative text or tagging as newer content. We are progressively updating this content.

If you encounter a specific accessibility issue, please contact us using the information below so we can address it promptly.

Accessibility in Our Cafes

All E+ROSE cafe locations are designed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III requirements for public accommodations, including:

  • Accessible entrances and pathways
  • Accessible restrooms where cafe restrooms are provided
  • Counter heights and seating that accommodate guests using mobility devices
  • Menu information available in accessible digital formats through our website and mobile ordering platform
  • Staff training on providing service to guests with disabilities, including those who use service animals

If you require specific accommodations for your visit, please contact the location in advance so we can ensure the best possible experience.
